Capping Machine Packing Line is an extremely flexible piston
fillers capable of filling accurately and rapidly a wide variety of
products from low viscosity liquids to high viscosity paste or
cream with or without chunks or particulates. Widely used in food
industry(e.g.,paste filling machine, butter filling machine, jam
filling machine, ketchup filling machine, honey filling machine,
edible oil filling machine, sauce filling machine etc); household
product industry(e.g.,shampoo filling machine, liquid soap filling
machine, liquid detergent filling machine, hand wash filling
machine etc), personal care industry(e.g.,cream filling machine,
lotion filling machine, gel filling machine, perfume filling

Automatic linear piston filler is designed for completely
automatic, multiple position, inline dispensing of liquids and
pastes in volume ranging from 50ml to 1000m per cycle. Available in
6, 8, 10 ,12 and 16 nozzle configurations to match specific
production requirements, Dual lane option is available to increase
production by 100% while preserving valuable line space.
Equipment features:

completely empty the material in the material tank, effectively
avoiding cross-contamination of materials, and replacing the
sealing ring is more convenient and quick.

4.The whole machine adopts high quality SUS304 Taigang stainless
steel frame, which has good anti-corrosion effect. The outer
stainless steel and tempered glass door cover seals the body, and
the air outlet is reserved above the filling head (the diameter of
the connecting pipe is Φ120), which can be connected with the air
intake system of the factory to discharge the exhaust gas generated
during the filling process to ensure the production workshop site.

5.The filling machine is not filled with bottle, and the bottle is
automatically suspended when the bottle is not blocked. At the same
time, the rear side is equipped with coordinated photoelectricity,
and the downstream device realizes the linkage function.,
6.Single-row layout cylinders and fast change-over fixing method
which is very easy for cylinder disassembling and the sealing parts
cleaning inside. It avoids the pollution to the machine when pull
out the cylinder to change the sealing parts. For this structure
can really avoid the leakage when changing the sealing part. It
