Feature:
1. Stainless steel and sanitary pipes are used, and the connection
parts are all fast-connected.
2. The material level sensor is used to check the level position
under the normal running of the machine, plus with a high and
low-level check and alarm device. A filter is installed in the tank
(very easy for disassemble). It can improve the precision of
filling and the life of the filling valves.
3. We use the latest PTFE sealing parts which can improve the
abrasion resistance of the sealing parts (24 months). It solves the
problem that a piston filling machine can not be used for SC, EC,
and high-viscosity.
4. he servo motor control belt drives the submerged filling mode of
the filling head operation. With the set variable speed filling
function, the filling head rises with the liquid level, and the
liquid level is synchronized, which can reduce the easy foaming.
The production of foam during filling, prevents bottle mouth
pollution caused by material spillage, effectively increasing
production capacity
